Expedition report 2016: Greece, HMHS Britannic (03.06.2016 – 20.06.2016)

As we promised in our previous report we are going to share some photos from the beautiful island of Capri
Past weekend our research vessel U-Boat Navigator embarked on its next adventure. This time, the team will be working in the proximity of some of the most beautiful areas of Italy – Capri, an island in the south part of Gulf of Naples.
After completing all preparations and training dives, our first full-scale dive was to SS Burdigala. We haven’t seen the beauty since last year and it was good to see her again.

An ancient wreck is located just two miles away from the northern coast of Sicily at the depth of 93 m.
